Refund Policy

This page explains how Vedon handles billing questions, cancellations, and refund requests for paid Pro access.

Current status

Vedon offers free access to the background remover and may offer paid Pro access for higher-volume seller workflows. Free usage does not create a refundable balance.

Paid Pro access

Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund rules are shown before checkout. Refund requests should include the account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue.

Eligible review reasons

  • Duplicate or accidental charge.
  • A paid feature was unavailable for a material part of the billing period.
  • A billing issue that cannot be resolved through account support.

Non-refundable cases

  • Free usage does not create a refundable balance.
  • Marketplace rejection, listing performance, or business outcome after using an exported image is not guaranteed.
  • Refunds cannot be reviewed without enough account or transaction information.
